- 1 cup boiled and crushed soy nuggets |
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks |
- 1 zucchini, sliced |

Instructions:- |
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. |
2. Add the boiled and crushed soy nuggets to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. |
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. |
4. Mix the marinated soy nuggets, egg, bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and red onion and make it into flat tikkis. |
5.Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred. |
6. Serve the soy and vegetable kebabs hot with your preferred sides or a dipping sauce. |
