Vinegar Eggs along with some simple fruit cream

- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Horse radish wasabi for serving

Instructions:-
1. Fill a large saucepan with water, add the apple cider vinegar, and bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
2. Crack each egg into a small cup or ramekin to ease the process of adding them to the water.
3. Carefully slide each egg into the simmering water one by one.
4. Poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the poached eggs from the water and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess water.
