- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios and walnuts (or your choice of nuts)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8 ounces melting chocolate (dark, milk, or white, based on your preference)

Instructions:-
1. Start by gently opening the pitted dates and removing the pits, creating a cavity in each date for the filling.
2. In a small bowl, mix the crushed pistachios and walnuts with the honey. Spoon the nut and honey mixture into the center of each date, pressing gently to close the dates.
3. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, or follow the instructions on the package for melting in the microwave.
4. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, dip each stuffed date into the chocolate, ensuring it is evenly coated. Use a fork to lift the date out of the chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
5. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and sprinkle the tops with additional crushed pistachios before the chocolate sets.
