- 1 cup almond flour |
- 1/2 cup ghee |
- 4-5 cardamom pods, crushed |

Instructions:- |
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and monk fruit sugar until well combined. |
2. Heat ghee in a pan over low heat. |
3. Add crushed cardamom pods to the ghee and let them sizzle for a few seconds. |
4. Pour in the egg and cream mixture, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and incorporated with the ghee. |
5. Add almond flour to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes aromatic. |
6. Continue cooking until the halwa reaches the desired consistency. |
7. Remove from heat and transfer the Andey ka Halwa to a serving dish. |
8. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds. |
9. Serve warm and enjoy the rich and flavorful Andey ka Halwa! |
