Ingredients:-
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 4-5 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar (adjust to taste). 👩‍🍳 monk fruit sugar is a sugar free plant based sweetener and is used to keep this recipe low carb an

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and monk fruit sugar until well combined.
2. Heat ghee in a pan over low heat.
3. Add crushed cardamom pods to the ghee and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
4. Pour in the egg and cream mixture, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and incorporated with the ghee.
5. Add almond flour to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes aromatic.
6. Continue cooking until the halwa reaches the desired consistency.
7. Remove from heat and transfer the Andey ka Halwa to a serving dish.
8. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds.
9. Serve warm and enjoy the rich and flavorful Andey ka Halwa!
