| - 1 cup water |
| - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) |
| - 1 skinned apple, diced |
| - Honey |
| - Fresh strawberries, sliced |
| - Fresh blueberries |
Instructions:- |
| 1. In a small saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil. |
| 2. Add the organic rolled oats and diced skinned apple to the boiling liquid. |
