- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats |
- 1 cup water |
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) |
- 1 skinned apple, diced |
- Honey |
- Fresh strawberries, sliced |
- Fresh blueberries |
Instructions:- |
1. In a small saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil. |
2. Add the organic rolled oats and diced skinned apple to the boiling liquid. |
3. Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the apples are tender. |
