- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (dahi) |
- 1/2 cup milk (any type you prefer). I took Almond milk ! |
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste) |
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder |
- A handful of strawberries, blueberries, and other berries |
- A handful of almonds (chopped or sliced) |
- 1/2 cup rolled oats |
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or almond paste |
Instructions:- |
1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, sugar, almond butter, and cinnamon powder. |
2. Add the rolled oats and mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined. |
3. Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, other berries, and almonds. |
4. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours. |
5. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir and add more milk if needed for desired consistency. |
6. Top with extra berries, almonds, or a drizzle of honey if desired, and enjoy your delicious and nutritious overnight oats with almond butter flavor! |
