Huma’s Egg White Omlette

Huma’s Egg White Omelette with cabbage and peppers topped with shredded cheese: ✨👩‍🍳💕

Ingredients:-
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced green, yellow, and orange peppers. You can use any vegetables of your choice except potatoes
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded three-cheese blend (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan) or shredded paneer or amul cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or desi ghee

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Add the shredded cabbage and diced peppers to the pan. Sauté until they are slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour the whisked egg whites over the vegetables in the pan.
5. Sprinkle chili flakes on top for a spicy kick.
6. Cook the omelette until the edges start to set, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
7. Gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
