- 1/4 cup diced green, yellow, and orange peppers. You can use any vegetables of your choice except potatoes |
- Pinch of chili flakes |

- 1/4 cup shredded three-cheese blend (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan) or shredded paneer or amul cheese |
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or desi ghee |

Instructions:- |
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. |
3. Add the shredded cabbage and diced peppers to the pan. Sauté until they are slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes. |
4. Pour the whisked egg whites over the vegetables in the pan. |
