| - 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| - 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| - 1 teaspoon garlic salt |
| - 1 teaspoon garam masala |
| - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes |
| - 1/4 cup fried onions |
| - 9 ounces bow tie pasta |
| - 1 cup vegetable broth or milk |
| - 1/2 cup heavy cream |
| - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
| - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or parsley |
| - 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Parmesan or mozzarella) |
| - 3 teaspoons butter |
| - Salt and pepper to taste |
| - Toasted bread for serving |
Instructions:- |
| 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic salt, garam masala, red chili flakes, and fried onions. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through |
