Huma’s Humas Caramel Kataifi

Huma’s Caramel Kataifi - such an easy and eye appealing quick dessert that is sure to leave your kids awestruck ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 50g shredded phyllo dough or pre-boiled vermicelli (Sivaiyyein) - I used store bought phyllo dough.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp butter
- Whipping cream
- Granulated white sugar
- Fruits of your choice
- Pistachios and almonds

Instructions:-
1. Butter the shredded phyllo dough or pre-boiled vermicelli and place it in a deep bowl. Fasten it tightly by tapping the center with a glass so that a well is formed.
2. Air fry or bake in oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Or until it turns little golden.
3. Make the caramel by cooking 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water along with 1 tsp butter until it reaches a caramel consistency.
4. Whip the cream with some granulated white sugar until soft peaks are formed.
5. Pour the caramel over the kataifi while it’s still in the bowl and let them cool in the fridge for 15 minutes. This will completely set your kataifi. Bring it out of the cup and you will see beautiful kataifi nest.
6. Fill the nest with whipped cream, fruits of your choice, pistachios, and almonds.
7. Top each dessert with a few drops of caramel and decorate the plate with additional caramel as desired.
