Huma's Organic Apple Oats

Breakfast : Organic Apple Oats - excellent low carb recipe that will keep your blood sugars down, glycemic index in control and hence you loose weight without compromising on nutrition. ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 skinned apple, diced
- Honey
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Fresh blueberries

Instructions:-
1. In a small saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil.
2. Add the organic rolled oats and diced skinned apple to the boiling liquid.
3. Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the apples are tender.
4. Once the oatmeal is cooked to your desired consistency, remove the saucepan from heat.
5. Pour the oatmeal into a serving bowl.
6. Drizzle honey over the oatmeal.
7. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious organic oatmeal with skinned apples, honey, strawberries, blueberries, and milk.
