- 2 beef steaks (such as ribeye or sirloin) |
- 4 cloves garlic, minced |
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped |
- Salt and pepper to taste |
- 2 tablespoons olive oil |
- 1tbs Cajun seasoning |
-2 tbs raw papaya paste |
-1 tsp All Spice Seasoning |
Instructions:- |
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). |
2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, papaya pasteand olive oil to create a paste. |
3. Place the beef steaks on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan. Rub the garlic and rosemary mixture onto both sides of each steak, ensuring they are evenly coated. |
4. Once the steaks are seasoned, sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides along with all spice seasoning again on both sides nicely ! Place them in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-45 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (55-57°C). |
5. Once done, remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. |
