Huma’s Unbelievable Cauliflower Khichdi

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup steamed and mashed cauliflower (gobhi)
- 1/2 cup boiled moong dal (prepared separately)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 black peppercorns
- 2-3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Hung curd for serving

Instructions:-
1. Heat some oil in a pan and add black peppercorns, cloves, and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the steamed and mashed cauliflower to the pan. Mix well.
4. Add the boiled moong dal and stir to combine all ingredients.
5. Season with salt according to your taste and mix well.
6. Cook for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
7. Serve hot with a side of hung curd.
