- 1 cup steamed and mashed cauliflower (gobhi) |
- 1/2 cup boiled moong dal (prepared separately) |
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera) |
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste |
- 4-5 black peppercorns |
- 2-3 cloves |
- Salt to taste |
- Hung curd for serving |
Instructions:- |
1. Heat some oil in a pan and add black peppercorns, cloves, and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. |
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant. |
3. Add the steamed and mashed cauliflower to the pan. Mix well. |
4. Add the boiled moong dal and stir to combine all ingredients. |
5. Season with salt according to your taste and mix well. |
6. Cook for a few minutes until everything is heated through. |
7. Serve hot with a side of hung curd. |
