- 400g Paneer, cut into cubes |
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks |
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks |
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks |
- 1 onion, cut into chunks |
- 12-15 cherry tomatoes |
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes |
**For the marinade:** |
- 1 cup yogurt |
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder |
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
- 1 teaspoon garam masala |
- 1 teaspoon tandoori powder |
- 2 tablespoons hung curd |
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley |
- 1 tablespoon vinegar |
- Salt to taste |
Instructions:- |
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade until well combined. |
2. Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Coat them well with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse. |

3. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes. |
4. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients. |
5. Place the skewers in the Airfryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. |
6. Airfry at 180°C (360°F) for 10-12 minutes, pausing halfway to flip the skewers, until the paneer and vegetables are golden brown and slightly charred around the edges. |
