| - 400g Paneer, cut into cubes |
| - 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks |
| - 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks |
| - 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks |
| - 1 onion, cut into chunks |
| - 12-15 cherry tomatoes |
| - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes |
| **For the marinade:** |
| - 1 cup yogurt |
| - 1 teaspoon red chili powder |
| - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
| - 1 teaspoon garam masala |
| - 1 teaspoon tandoori powder |
| - 2 tablespoons hung curd |
| - 1 teaspoon dry parsley |
| - 1 tablespoon vinegar |
| - Salt to taste |
Instructions:- |
| 1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade until well combined. |
| 2. Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Coat them well with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse. |
