Huma’s Savory Paneer Tikka

Huma’s Savory Paneer Tikka-made in Airfryer ✨💕👩‍🍳 Serves 4 people - Total active time 15-20 min

Ingredients:-
- 400g Paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 12-15 cherry tomatoes
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
**For the marinade:**
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon tandoori powder
- 2 tablespoons hung curd
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade until well combined.
2. Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Coat them well with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse.
**Airfryer Preparation:**
3. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
4. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
5. Place the skewers in the Airfryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
6. Airfry at 180°C (360°F) for 10-12 minutes, pausing halfway to flip the skewers, until the paneer and vegetables are golden brown and slightly charred around the edges.
