Huma’s Papita (Semi-Ripe Papaya) Ki Sabzi Recipe: if you hate to eat papita you must try this sabzi ✨💕👩🍳
| - 2 tablespoons mustard oil |
| - 1 semi-ripe papaya, peeled, deseeded, and cubed |
| - 3 onions, sliced |
| - 1 tomato, chopped |
| - 4-5 garlic cloves, minced |
| - 8-10 curry leaves |
| - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds |
| - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) |
| - 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala |
| - Salt to taste |
| - Chilli flakes to taste |
| - 1 tablespoon pomegranate seed powder (anaar dana powder) |
| - Fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya) for garnish |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. |
| 2. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Sauté until onions turn golden brown. |
| 3. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant. |
| 4. Add cubed papaya and chopped tomato to the pan. Mix well. |
| 5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, and chilli flakes over the mixture. Stir to combine. |
| 6. Cover and cook the mixture on low heat until the papaya is tender, stirring occasionally. |
| 7. Once the papaya is cooked, sprinkle pomegranate seed powder (anaar dana powder) over the sabzi. Mix well. |
| 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya) before serving. |
| 9. Serve hot with roti or rice for four people. |
