Huma’s Golden Milk

Breakfast : Huma’s Golden Milk ✨💕👩‍🍳 This is an incredible breakfast (which is a complete meal in itself and has immense Ayurveda benefits. Helps immediately reduce inflammation, aches and pains as well as known as an immunity booster.

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Honey, to taste
- 1 cinnamon stick
- A few almonds, sliced
-Tiny bit of black pepper

Instructions:-
1. In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, dry turmeric, and grated fresh ginger.
2. Heat the mixture on very low flame for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Once heated through, remove from heat and strain the mixture to remove any ginger or turmeric remnants.
4. Sweeten with honey to taste.
5. Serve in a cup and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a few sliced almonds. Sprinkle very little black pepper.
