Huma’s Organic Oasis Salad Recipe

Ingredients:-
- 2 cups mixed greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, romaine)
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (canned or cooked from dry)
- 2 tablespoons chilly garlic oil (for sautéing chickpeas)
- Sea salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional for dressing)
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional for dressing)

Instructions:-
1. Heat the chilly garlic oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cooked chickpeas to the skillet and sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Sauté the chickpeas for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and slightly crispy. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl or platter, arrange the mixed greens as the base.
5. Add the sliced carrots, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, green olives, and black olives evenly over the greens.
6. Once the chickpeas are done sautéing, add them on top of the salad.
7. (Optional) In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
8. (Optional) Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
9. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients, if desired, or serve as is for a beautiful presentation.
