Huma’s Chocolate and Strawberry Serenade

Ingredients:-
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
For the Chocolate Mousse:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh blueberries
- Sliced strawberries
- Mixed seeds and nuts (like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chopped nuts)

Instructions:-
1. Prepare the Strawberry Layer:
- In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, yogurt, cottage cheese, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Set aside.
2. Make the Chocolate Mousse:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the cocoa powder and honey, continuing to whip until well combined and fluffy. If using, add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
3. Assemble the Dessert:
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the strawberry mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of chocolate mousse on top of the strawberry layer.
- Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with a layer of chocolate mousse.
4. Top it Off:
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries.
- Sprinkle mixed seeds and nuts on top for added crunch.
5. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the assembled desserts for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set.
