Instructions:- |

6. Spice it Up: Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to combine. |
7. Add Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Stir to coat the chicken with the spice mixture. |
8. Cook Chicken: Cover the tawa and let the chicken cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If needed, add a little water to prevent sticking. |
9. Final Touches: Once the chicken is cooked through and tender, check for seasoning. Adjust spices if necessary. |
10. Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped ginger. |
