| - 1 and a half cups of milk |
| - 3 dates |
| - 1/4 inch of ginger |
| - 3 green cardamoms |
| - 1 tablespoon of chia seeds |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Boil the milk in a saucepan. |
| 2. While the milk is boiling, grind the dates, ginger, cardamoms, and chia seeds into a smooth paste. |
| 3. Add the paste to the boiling milk and simmer on very low flame for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
| 4. After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat. |
| 5. Strain the milk to remove any solid particles and pour it into serving cups. |
| 6. Sprinkle a teaspoon of additional chia seeds on top of each serving. |
| 7. Serve the Dates and Ginger Milk hot and enjoy! |
