Huma’s Dates and Ginger Milk

Huma’s Dates and Ginger Milk: sunshine drink which is sure to keep your glycemic index down and control your glucose levels in order to make you feel full for a very long time. This drink straight goes to the head and heart it’s so refreshing with immense health benefits ✨

Ingredients:-
- 1 and a half cups of milk
- 3 dates
- 1/4 inch of ginger
- 3 green cardamoms
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:-
1. Boil the milk in a saucepan.
2. While the milk is boiling, grind the dates, ginger, cardamoms, and chia seeds into a smooth paste.
3. Add the paste to the boiling milk and simmer on very low flame for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat.
5. Strain the milk to remove any solid particles and pour it into serving cups.
6. Sprinkle a teaspoon of additional chia seeds on top of each serving.
7. Serve the Dates and Ginger Milk hot and enjoy!
