Organic Ginger and Turmeric Shots Recipe

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (or 2 tablespoons ground turmeric)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:-
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and chop the fresh ginger and turmeric. If using ground turmeric, skip this step.
2. Boil the Mixture:
- In a saucepan, add the chopped ginger, turmeric, and water. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Simmer:
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes to infuse the flavors and nutrients.
4. Strain the Liquid:
- After simmering, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher.
5. Add Honey and Lemon Juice:
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and, if desired, honey to taste.
6. Cool and Store:
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then transfer it to a glass bottle or jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
7. Serve:
- Shake well before serving. Pour into small shot glasses and take a shot daily to boost your immunity
