Huma’s Avocado Toast on Sourdough Bread
- 1 ripe avocado |
- 2 slices of sourdough bread or whole wheat bread. |
- Sea salt |
- Mixed seed seasoning (magaz) - it’s available in America but I’ll teach you how to make this super simple seeds mix that you can use on your toasts |
- 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites |
- Olive oil for frying |
Instructions:- |
1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown. |
2. In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth. |
3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted sourdough slices. |
4. Sprinkle sea salt and mixed seed seasoning on top of the avocado. |
5. In a separate pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. |
6. Crack the whole egg and separate 3 egg whites into the pan. |
7. Fry the eggs until cooked to your liking. |
8. Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the avocado toast. |
9. Serve the avocado toast with the fried eggs on the side. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious meal! ( |
