Huma’s Sugar-Free Strawberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:-
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (sugar-free)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
Equipment:
- Blender or food processor
- Mason jar for serving

Instructions:-
1. Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice them into halves or quarters for easier blending.
2. Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced strawberries, banana, and honey. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill the Mixture:
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours to firm up slightly.
4. Whip the Cream:
- While the mixture is chilling, whip the cream until it reaches soft peaks. Set aside.
5. Combine:
- Once the strawberry mixture is slightly firm, take it out of the freezer and mix it again to smoothen the texture.
6. Layer the Sorbet:
- In a mason jar, add a layer of the strawberry sorbet, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the jar is filled.
7. Garnish:
- Optionally, top with a few extra strawberry slices or a drizzle of honey.
8. Serve:
- Enjoy your sugar-free strawberry sorbet immediately or return it to the freezer for a firmer texture.
