Instructions:- |
1. Mix Dry Ingredients: |
In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. |
2. Mix Wet Ingredients: |
In another bowl, mix 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. |
3. Combine: |
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined (a few lumps are okay). |
4. Heat Skillet: |
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. |
5. Cook Pancakes: |
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden (1-2 minutes). |
6. Serve: |
