Huma’s Black Bean and Goat Cheese Salad

Here's a delicious recipe for a Black Bean and Goat Cheese Salad that you can easily prepare!

Ingredients:-
- 4 cups of lettuce (your choice: romaine, spinach, or mixed greens)
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (red or yellow)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala (adjust to taste)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 orange (for squeezing juice)

Instructions:-
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- In a large bowl, add the lettuce as the base.
- Add the drained and rinsed black beans to the bowl.
- Next, add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced onion.
