1. 8 large romaine lettuce leaves |
2. 1 cup diced cucumber |
3. 1/2 cup diced red onion |
4. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or paneer |
5. 1/4 cup salsa or homemade tomato chutney …😋 don’t use ketchup please 🙏🏻 |
6. 1 tablespoon mustard or any of your favorite dressing. |
7. 1/2 cup boiled black lentils (whole masoor) |
8. Sea salt to taste |
9. Pepper to taste |
Instructions:- |
1. Wash the romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. |
2. Dice the cucumber and red onion. |
3. Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a plate. |
4. Evenly distribute the diced cucumber, red onion, and boiled black lentils among the lettuce leaves. |
5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables. |
6. Add a spoonful of salsa on each lettuce leaf. |
7. Drizzle a small amount of mustard over the top. |
8. Lightly season with sea salt and pepper to taste. |
9. Serve the lettuce wraps immediately while fresh and crisp. |
