Huma’s Black Lentil (whole masoor) Lettuce Wraps ✨💕👩‍🍳 A super healthy, and quick yet fulfilling lunch salad packed with nutrients that will keep you satisfied on a low carb/ high fiber diet. Give it a try !

Ingredients:-
1. 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
2. 1 cup diced cucumber
3. 1/2 cup diced red onion
4. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or paneer
5. 1/4 cup salsa or homemade tomato chutney …😋 don’t use ketchup please 🙏🏻
6. 1 tablespoon mustard or any of your favorite dressing.
7. 1/2 cup boiled black lentils (whole masoor)
8. Sea salt to taste
9. Pepper to taste

Instructions:-
1. Wash the romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Dice the cucumber and red onion.
3. Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a plate.
4. Evenly distribute the diced cucumber, red onion, and boiled black lentils among the lettuce leaves.
5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
6. Add a spoonful of salsa on each lettuce leaf.
7. Drizzle a small amount of mustard over the top.
8. Lightly season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the lettuce wraps immediately while fresh and crisp.
