Ingredients:-
1. 6 cups shredded phyllo dough (kunafa)
2. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
3. 1/2 cup pistachios, plus extra for decoration
4. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
5. 1/2 cup raw honey
6. 3 cups brown chocolate, melting
7. 3 cups white chocolate, melting
8. Green food coloring
9. Hot boiling water (for melting chocolate)
10. Silicone chocolate molds

Instructions:-
1. **Blend the Pistachio Filling:** In a blender, combine 1/2 cup of pistachios, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of green food coloring. Blend until smooth and well chopped.
2. **Add Honey:** Once blended, add 1/2 cup of raw honey to the pistachio mixture and mix until fully combined. Set aside.
3. **Melt the Brown Chocolate:** Place 3 cups of brown chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of hot boiling water (double boiler). Melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth.
4. **Prepare the Chocolate Molds:** Pour the melted brown chocolate into silicone molds, filling them halfway. Let it cool for about 10 minutes until slightly set.
5. **Add the Pistachio Filling:** Spoon the pistachio filling into the molds on top of the brown chocolate layer, smoothing it out evenly.
