1. 3 cups melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white chocolate) |
2. 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped |
3. 1/2 cup cashews, roughly chopped |
4. 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped |
5. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
6. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds |
Instructions:- |
1. **Prepare Your Moulds**: Place your silicone chocolate moulds on a baking sheet for stability. Set aside. |
2. **Melt the Chocolate**: 1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a gentle boil. 2. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water. 3. Add the 3 cups of melting chocolate to the bowl. 4. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. |
3. **Mix in the Nuts and Seeds**: 1. Remove the bowl from the heat. 2. Stir in the chopped pistachios, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds until evenly distributed. |
4. **Pour the Mixture**: 1. Carefully pour the chocolate and nut mixture into the prepared silicone moulds. 2. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly and fill each cavity. |
5. **Tap to Remove Air Bubbles**: 1. Gently tap the baking sheet on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure an even surface. |
6. **Chill to Set**: 1. Place the filled moulds in the refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes or until the chocolate is fully hardened. |
7. **Remove from Moulds**: 1. Once set, carefully pop the chocolate barks out of the silicone moulds. |
8. **Store or Serve**: 1. Enjoy your homemade fruit and nut chocolate barks immediately, or store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. |
