Huma’s Caramelized Bread Malpua in 5 min

At quarter to 12 am my father said he want to eat something sweet whoh bhi homemade ..Plus usmein milk nhi hona chahiye so I surprised him with this super quick innovation

Ingredients:-
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- few crushed green cardamoms;ilaichi
- Desi ghee for frying
- Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions:-
1. Trim the edges of the white bread slices and cut them into small pieces.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar,cardamoms and water. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely, stirring occasionally to make a syrup. Set aside.
3. Heat desi ghee in a flat pan over medium heat.
4. Dip the bread pieces into the sugar syrup and coat them well.
5. Fry the bread pieces in the hot ghee until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
6. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
