| - 1 head of cauliflower |
| - 1 head of cauliflower |
| - 1 bell pepper, diced |
| - 1 cup lettuce and 1 cup carrots-shredded |
| - Salt and pepper to taste |
| - Chili sauce (adjust to your spice preference) |
| - 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| - 1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto powder |
| - 2 tablespoons oil for cooking |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice-like grains. |
| 2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are tender. |
| 3. Add the shredded lettuce to the pan and cook for another minute. |
| 4. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan. Stir well to combine with the vegetables. |
| 5. Season with salt, pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, and Ajinomoto powder. Mix everything thoroughly. |
| 6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is cooked through but still slightly crunchy. |
| 7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. |
| 8. Serve hot as a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fried rice. |
