Huma’s Shrimp Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients:-
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup fried onions
- 9 ounces bow tie pasta
- 1 cup vegetable broth or milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Parmesan or mozzarella)
- 3 teaspoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted bread for serving

Instructions:-
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic salt, garam masala, red chili flakes, and fried onions. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
2. Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Add vegetable broth or milk to the skillet with the cooked shrimp. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the mayonnaise.
4. Sprinkle in dried oregano or parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Stir in the shredded cheese and butter until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
7. Serve the shrimp pasta Alfredo hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired, and accompanied by toasted bread. Enjoy your delicious meal for 3
