Huma’s Moon shine salad

Huma’s Moonshine Salad- A tropical salad made out of pan roasted Asparagus (shatavri), cabbage, green onions, shaljam key pattey, with a burst of orangy citrus sensation mixed with rich creaminess ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 bunch of turnip leaves, chopped
- 1 bunch of asparagus, pan-roasted in a tsp of olive oil and sea salt
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 small oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup shredded paneer or goat cheese
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Chopped dates and mixed seeds for garnish

Instructions:-
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped kale, turnip leaves, pan-roasted asparagus, green onions, and orange segments. Toss gently to mix well.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the shredded paneer, sea salt, olive oil, vinegar, and mayonnaise to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
4. Divide the salad into 3 serving bowls.
5. Sprinkle chopped dates and mixed seeds over the top of each salad bowl for garnish.
