- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Store-bought puff pastry dough (1 sheet)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:-
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the qeema (minced meat) to the pan and cook until it's browned and cooked through.
5. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the qeema mixture. Stir well to combine all the spices.
6. Roll out the store-bought puff pastry dough on a floured surface and cut it into 8 equal squares.
7. Place a spoonful of the qeema mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
8. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a square envelope shape. Use a fork to crimp the edges and seal the patties.
9. Place the qeema patties on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash.
10. Top each patty with a halved cherry tomato.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and cooked through.
12. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
