Huma’s Fairy Garden Salad : ✨🧚🏻♀️💕👩🍳 Innovated this yummy salad today inspired by the colors of rain drenched flowers and the sweet and tangy nature that’s been throughout the day! Rain, sunshine, crunch of thunder .. tried to incorporate all in this salad and I hope I’ve been able to pour the feelings 🥰 My family said they like to eat this every day from now on !! Lol
- 1 cup finely cubed carrots |
- 1 cup finely cubed cucumbers |
- 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage |
- 1 cup finely shredded purple cabbage |
- 1 cup chopped kale |
- 1 cup finely cubed chicken breast pieces (marinated in lemon and chaat masala, then pan-fried) |
- 1/2 cup ketchup |
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
- 1/4 cup peanut butter |
- 1 cup plain corn flakes |
- 6 strawberries, sliced |
Instructions:- |
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrots, cucumbers, green cabbage, purple cabbage, and kale. |
2. Add the pan-fried chicken breast pieces to the bowl and mix well. |
3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, and peanut butter to create the dressing. |
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. |
5. Divide the salad into 3 portions and plate them. |
6. Sprinkle plain corn flakes and shredded cheese over each portion. |
7. Garnish with sliced strawberries. |
