| - 1 cup ragi (finger millet) flour |
| - 1 cup ghee |
| - 1 cup powdered brown sugar (crushed organic gur) |
| - 1/2 cup edible gum (gond) |
| - 1/4 cup almonds, chopped |
| - 1/4 cup cashews, chopped |
| - 1/4 cup black raisins |
| - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
| - 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds |
| - 2 tbsp chia seeds |
| - 1/4 cup shredded coconut |
| - 1 tsp cardamom powder |
| - 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a pan and fry the edible gum (gond) until it puffs up. Remove and keep aside. |
| 2. In the same pan, roast the ragi flour in the remaining ghee until it turns golden brown and fragrant. |
| 3. Add the chopped almonds, cashews, black raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, makhana, and shredded coconut. Mix well and roast for a few minutes. |
| 4. Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix everything thoroughly. |
| 5. Finally, add the fried edible gum (gond) and mix well. Turn off the heat. |
| 6. Allow the mixture to cool down completely before storing it in an airtight container. |
