Huma’s Lemon Pepper Tilapia Fish

Ingredients:-
- 5 tilapia fillets
- 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:-
1. In a small bowl, mix together the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with the spice mixture.
4. Place the seasoned fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. While cooking, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets.
6. Cut the other lemon into slices to place on top of the fillets.
7. Once the tilapia is cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
8. Serve the Lemon Pepper Tilapia hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy your delicious meal!
