Huma’s Chicken Chow Mein

Huma’s Chicken Chow Mein for 4 people: ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 400g egg noodles
- 400g chicken qeema marinated in kebab masala.
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp green chili sauce
- 1 tsp Ajinomoto powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Chili flakes for garnish
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:-
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the minced chicken with 2 tbsp of kebab masala. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. Make small balls or pick nits and fry in a pan.
3. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
5. Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.
6. Add the cooked chicken to the pan along with the soy sauce, chili sauce, green chili sauce, and Ajinomoto powder (if using) Stir well to combine.
7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste. Add chilly flakes to make or spicy (optional)
Serve the Chicken Chow Mein hot, garnished with chili flakes. Enjoy your meal!
