Huma’s Vegetable and Paneer Kebabs

Huma’s Vegetable and Paneer Kebabs made out of shredded paneer and boiled vegetables for 8 people: ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 500g paneer, shredded
- 2 cups mixed boiled vegetables (such as carrots, peas, beans), mashed.
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions:-
1. In a large bowl, combine shredded paneer, mixed boiled vegetables, corn flour, bread crumbs, chopped cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
2. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into round kebabs. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the shaped kebabs in the oil, a few at a time, without overcrowding the pan.
5. Fry the kebabs until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Make sure to flip them occasionally for even cooking.
6. Once done, remove the kebabs from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
7. Repeat the frying process with the remaining kebabs.
8. Serve the crispy Vegetable and Paneer Kebabs hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
