Huma’s Crunchy Korean fritters with shredded potato and spinach

Huma’s Crunchy Korean fritters with shredded potato and spinach using corn flour and lemon pepper seasoning. ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup of spinach, chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 egg
- Salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:-
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, chopped spinach, onion, garlic, corn flour, water, egg, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Take a spoonful of the mixture and carefully place it in the hot oil, flattening it slightly with the back of the spoon to form a fritter.
4. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
5. Once cooked, remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
6. Serve the Korean fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or a spicy gochujang sauce.
