Huma’s “100% Oil Free” Green Squash (Turaii) Sabzi for 3 people: super lite and yummy for healthy eating ✨👩‍🍳💕

Ingredients:-
- 4 green squash, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon bhaji masala (any brand)
- Salt to taste
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- Green chilies and fresh cilantro for garnish
- Water

Instructions:-
1. In a non-stick pan, dry roast cumin seeds until fragrant.
2. Add chopped onions and mustard seeds. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and bhaji masala. Mix well.
4. Add sliced green squash and cherry tomatoes. Stir gently.
5. Squeeze the lemon slices over the mixture, sprinkle salt, and add a splash of water. Stir and cover with a lid.
6. Let it cook on low heat until the squash is tender, adding more water if needed and stirring occasionally.
7. Once cooked, garnish with chopped green chilies and fresh cilantro.
8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
