| - 2 tablespoons Gond Katira (also known as edible gum) |
| - 1 tablespoon basil seeds (sabza seeds). Also called tukhmalanga seeds. |
| - 5-6 strawberries or 1/2 banana or both |
| - 1/2 cup cold milk |
| - 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar |
| - Kiwi slices, raisins, and additional basil seeds for garnish |
| - Any other fruits or toppings of your choice |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Soak 2 tablespoons of Gond Katira and 1 tablespoon of basil seeds in water for at least 4 hours until they swell up and become gelatinous. |
| 2. In a blender, combine the soaked Gond Katira and basil seeds with 5-6 strawberries, 1/2 cup of cold milk, and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar. |
| 3. Blend everything together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. |
| 4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. |
| 5. Garnish the smoothie bowl with kiwi slices, raisins, raw basil seeds, or any other fruits and toppings of your choice. |
