- 1/2 cup frozen peaches |
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes |
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple |
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) |
- 1 tsp turmeric |
- 1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk |
- Garnish: shredded coconut, strawberries, blueberries, granola, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried or frozen banana slices |
Instructions:- |
1. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, mangoes, pineapple, protein powder, turmeric, and coconut water or coconut milk. |
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency. |
3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. |
4. Top the smoothie bowl with shredded coconut, sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sliced dried or frozen banana. |
