Huma’s Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

Huma’s Sunshine Smoothie Bowl - a super food bowl full of Vitamin D goodness, anti inflammatory properties and carries immense health benefits.

Ingredients:-
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
- Garnish: shredded coconut, strawberries, blueberries, granola, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried or frozen banana slices

Instructions:-
1. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, mangoes, pineapple, protein powder, turmeric, and coconut water or coconut milk.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.
3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
4. Top the smoothie bowl with shredded coconut, sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sliced dried or frozen banana.
