Huma’s Soya Vegetable Kebabs for 4 people ✨💕👩🍳
| - 1 cup boiled and crushed soy nuggets |
| - 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks |
| - 1 zucchini, sliced |
| - 1 red onion, cut into wedges |
| - 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| - 2 tablespoons olive oil |
| - 2 tablespoons maple syrup |
| - 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| - 1 teaspoon ground ginger |
| - Salt and pepper to taste |
| -1 egg |
Instructions:- |
| 1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. |
| 2. Add the boiled and crushed soy nuggets to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. |
| 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. |
| 4. Mix the marinated soy nuggets, egg, bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and red onion and make it into flat tikkis. |
| 5.Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred. |
| 6. Serve the soy and vegetable kebabs hot with your preferred sides or a dipping sauce. |
