Huma’s French Rotini Pasta

Huma’s French Rotini Pasta for 4 people

Ingredients:-
- 1 pound Rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage , (optional)
- 2 cup premade French onion pasta sauce.
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup butter , 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste, Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:-
1. Cook Rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add French onion pasta sauce, diced bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and black olives to the skillet.
4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked Rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the cream and vegetables and pasta sauce. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
6. Stir in butter until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the French Rotini Pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
