| 6. Sesame seeds- til - 1 tbs |
| 7. Chat masala- 1/2 tbs |
| 8. salt to taste |
| 9. Soya sauce - 2tbs |
| 10. ketchup - 2tbs |
| 11. Chilli sauce - 2 tbs |
| 12. Green chilies - 3 |
| 13. Dahi- 3 tbs |
| 14. Hara dhaniya- 4 tbs chopped |
| 15. Tomatoes - 2 medium chopped |
| 16. Ginger slices - 2 tbs |
| 17. Garlic chopped - 2 tbs |
| 18. Oil vegetable to fry and cook |
| 19. zeera powder - 1 tbs |
| 20. Zeera regulat - 1/2 tbs |
| 21. Corn flour - 4 tbs |

Instructions:- |
| In a mixing bowl marinate chicken with garam masala,red Chilli powder, zeera powder, dahi,onion paste , ginger garlic paste, sesame seeds, salt, hara dhaniya , corn flour , egg and keep aside for 2 hrs . |
| Now in a deep frying pan fry the chicken pieces in batches . Don’t add altogether or they will stick . Fry just few pieces at a time and keep aside . |
| In a sauté pan add oil, zeera, crused garlic and ginger . Fry for 1 min now add chopped tomatoes and let it cook on slow flame until tomatoes are desolved . Add ketchup, soya sauce, Chilli sauce and keep stirring for a minute or so until oil separates . Now add the fried chicken pieces and sauté everything together . If the consistency is too liquidy mix 2tbs of corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and |
| Simmer for 2 min on very low flame . |
| Taste and if the salt is less you can add more to taste . |
| Serve in the dish and garnish with mint leaf and sesame seeds . Enjoy ! |
