Huma's Kesar Mango Parfait

Kesar Mango Parfait 🥭🌸 Ingredients: to make 4 medium parfaits

Ingredients:-
1. Riped Mangoes- 2 ( 1 chopped and 1 puréed)
2. 1 cup heavy cream
3. 1/2 pack Any tea biscuits - preferred Marie gold
4. 3 slices any plain white cake
5. 1/2 pack cream cheese
6. 1/2 pack cottage cheese if available
7. Few strands of saffron
8. Shaved coconut
9. castor sugar

Instructions:-
1. Whip the heavy cream and castor sugar in a mixing bowl and keep aside . You can use the readymade whip cream also .
2. Add mango purée to the cream cheese, few strands of saffron and blend until smooth and mixed well . You can add kewra water also if saffron is not available right away .
3. Crush the Marie biscuits with a roti ka belan and keep aside
4 . Break the cake slices in small chunks with your hand and keep aside
5. Leave the cottage cheese as is pheeki without adding any sugar
6 . Now grab the transparent serving bowl and layer it like this :
Crushed biscuits ➡️ puréed cream cheese➡️ crushed cake ➡️puréed mango ➡️ whip cream ➡️mango pieces ➡️cottage cheese ➡️ puréed cream cheese again➡️ whip cream ➡️ mango slices for garnish ➡️ shaved coconut for garnish
You can also use your own creativity to layer and garnish . Can use blueberries or even mint leaves on top to add color .
