Huma's Garlic-Burrata with roasted tomatoes on gluten free low carb flaxseed bread

Super simple and healthy dinner after a great hike or workout ! Garlic-Burrata with roasted tomatoes on gluten free low carb flaxseed bread ✨💕👩‍🍳 Along with some pumpkin seeds and dry figs … Yumm 😋😋

Ingredients:-
1. Flaxeed or high fiber oats bread
2. Cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes
3. Organic Burrata cheese
4. Olive oil
5. Garlic cloves
6. Few leaves of parsley or cilantro
7. Sea salt and pepper

Instructions:-
Toast garlic separately and mix with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Place the burrata cheese on bread slices and top it with cherry tomatoes, sprinkle sea salt and pepper.
Now pour the olive oil on top of cheese.
Toast on 400 degrees for 5-10 min or until tomatoes and roasted and cheese is melted!
Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Enjoy 💕✨👩‍🍳
