1. Flaxeed or high fiber oats bread |
2. Cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes |
3. Organic Burrata cheese |
4. Olive oil |
5. Garlic cloves |
6. Few leaves of parsley or cilantro |
7. Sea salt and pepper |
Instructions:- |
Toast garlic separately and mix with a teaspoon of olive oil. |
Place the burrata cheese on bread slices and top it with cherry tomatoes, sprinkle sea salt and pepper. |
Now pour the olive oil on top of cheese. |
Toast on 400 degrees for 5-10 min or until tomatoes and roasted and cheese is melted! |
Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Enjoy 💕✨👩🍳 |
