No throw Beetroot mocktail ✨🥰👩‍🍳 Do not throw away the water when you boil beetroots for raita or any other recipe. Make an amazing super nutritious beetroot chilled mocktail instead ✨👩‍🍳 Here's a recipe for a delicious Beetroot Mocktail with Sea Salt, Coriander, and Pepper:

Ingredients:-
- 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cup water
- 1 full lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- A few fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
- Ice cubes

Instructions:-
1. Grate the beetroot and boil in water.
2. Place a fine-mesh sieve over a utencil and strain the beetroot.
3. Transfer the strained beetroot water into a bottle and add lemon juice, honey or agave syrup (if desired), sea salt, and black pepper Mix until all the ingredients infuse flavors. Keep it in fridge for 2-3 hrs.
4. Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
5. Pour the beetroot mocktail mixture over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top of the glass.
6. Garnish with a few fresh coriander leaves.
