- 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped |
- 2 cup water |
- 1 full lemon juice |
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness) |
- A pinch of sea salt |
- A pinch of ground black pepper |
- A few fresh coriander leaves, for garnish |
- Ice cubes |
Instructions:- |
1. Grate the beetroot and boil in water. |
