| - 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped |
| - 2 cup water |
| - 1 full lemon juice |
| - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness) |
| - A pinch of sea salt |
| - A pinch of ground black pepper |
| - A few fresh coriander leaves, for garnish |
| - Ice cubes |
