Mediterranean Chicken (homemade Shuarma) Salad The super yummy healthy dinner option 😋💓

Ingredients:-
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Hummus and tzatziki sauce for serving
- Pita bread or pita chips (optional)

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them thinly.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped parsley.
5. Arrange the sliced chicken shawarma on top of the salad.
6. Serve the salad with hummus and tzatziki sauce on the side.
7. Optionally, serve with pita bread or pita chips for a complete Mediterranean experience.
