| - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder |
| - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) |
| - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder |

| - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish |
| - Cooking oil for frying and cooking |
Instructions:- |
| 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds. |
| 2. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry them until they are lightly browned on all sides. |
| 3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté for a minute until they become aromatic. |
| 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute. |
| 5. Add the steamed and puréed tomatoes to the pan. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes. |
| 6. Now, add the green peppers and chopped green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the peppers are slightly tender. |
| 7. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on medium heat until it is tender and cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. |
| 8. Crush the premade fried onions and add them to the pan. Mix well to combine all the flavors. |
| 9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors meld together. |
| 10. Sprinkle garam masala powder and give it a final stir. |
| 11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. |
