Out of this world “Momos” chaat ✨👩🍳💕
1. Frozen or fresh momos - any kind 8-10 |
2. Chilly garlic sauce - 2 tbs |
3. Green chilly sauce - 2 tbs |
4. Schazwan sauce or brown barbecue sauce |
5. White sauce - any kind - 4 tbs |
6. Shredded cabbage - half |
7. Shredded carrots - 2 |
8. Oil any kind - 4 tbs |
Instructions:- |
1. Either steam the momos or directly cook in the water with lid covered on medium heat. I cooked straight in water for 10 min |
2. In a wok or pan add oil, cabbage, carrots and chilly garlic sauce. Stir on high flame for just 3 min. |
3. Don’t over do the vegetables as they may become soggy which we don’t want. |
4. In a platter transfer cooked momos and put the sautéed vegetables on top . |
5. Put lots of white sauce, green chilly sauce and schazwan sauce |
6. Garnish with green chillies and hara dhaniya |
